What is The Artist Journal?

Support for artists

I am an artist and a filmmaker, that is why I created The Artist Journal. I know the value of having your work documented and shared, and I also know that many artists do not have access to those resources. This project is my way of helping.

Through film, photography, and storytelling, I give artists the support they need to share their work. Part of the income from my own creative business goes directly into funding artists who cannot afford media support. It is not charity, it is community.

With the help of sponsors, businesses, and individuals who care about the arts, we can give talented creators the platform they deserve. The Artist Journal is about telling real stories with honesty and respect, and making sure artists are not left behind.

Artists

If you’re an artist with work that deserves the spotlight but haven’t had the means to share it professionally, this is for you. The Artist Journal supports creators who’ve been putting in the work but haven’t had access to photo, video, or media support.

Please submit entries to kodie@evermorecreative.ca
Include your information, story, artwork, socials, and website (if you don't have a website, that's totally fine.)

Although not every artist can be included, we focus our support on those who are dedicated to their craft, moving toward a full-time career or already working full time, and who have a story that is truly compelling

Help fund stories that deserve to be told.

Sponsors

Not every artist has the means to show their work the way it should be seen. Your sponsorship helps cover the cost of photography, videography, editing and social media promotion. It gives artists the tools they need to share their work and their story.

By supporting this project you are not just funding the arts, you are standing beside an artist as their story is told. I handle everything from filming to editing to helping them share their work with the world. Your business becomes part of that journey, credited on the content, shared on social media, and tied to work that carries real impact.

This isn’t a donation. It’s a direct way to support culture and creativity. A way to back stories that often go untold.

If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, email kodie@evermorecreative.ca.

Let me know who you are, what you care about, and if you're representing a business, community group, or just yourself. There’s no fancy process just reach out and we’ll talk.
